2 nights in Mayajima - to overnight on the island and get some quiet and wander around the island without worrying about the ferry (And hotel with Onsen bath)
3 nights in Osaka - because it's cheaper to just scoot from there to Kyoto and Nara - and there's a good pub I like there
4 nights in Tokyo - because we've friends there at the same time, also brewery in Yokohama, possible Saturday party in Harujuko and unfiltered weebshit. Also Godzilla floor on Godzilla hotel.
OK. That's not bad.
My biggest concern is that:
-I couldn't get away from work for a week without things scuttering to shit. And this is two weeks.
-I'm in such a state that there's a real risk I'll just spend 2 weeks lurking in a hotel, do nothing, and go home feeling worse than when I left.
But also, we're booked on a Lufthansa 747 to get there.
