It's actually not that expensive - even if it's taken me a few years to gather the cash. It looks more impressive than it is - and works out cheaper than two weeks staying at home in Ireland. (Including the flights over there) Hotels are twice the price here. Also - because the Yen is going Titanic, it's gotten about 100 euro cheaper since I booked it.
Truth be told I booked it after a shitey day at work where I ended up stopping on the drive home just to clear my head. And I've just had a week off a month ago that left me feeling worse.
