Just to share with everyone else, I'm using "Syllepsis" in a KanriKyara story that just might see the light of day some time this calendar year, and "X, Thy Name Is Y" in the currently-in-progress chapter of Isekai by Moonlight.
This doesn't mean that I need the tropes to actually be tropes in order to use them, of course.
