Yeah, she is. She's at peace with her new awareness of world and self, but she's upset with Doug and blames him for forcing her to lose a little bit of her innocence. She's never going to be the friend she might have been based on that first meeting between Doug and the Sabers. That opportunity has been lost.

Poor Lisa. Her business card is going to get full; Lisa Vanette: Ace Reporter, Mercenary Archivist, Archmage, and Magical Girl.

Remember, she's not really a magical girl. It's just a clothing transformation, not a real senshi powerup.
