I recall it coming up fairly explicitly in the Hild arc - that Urd is the acknowledged daughter of Hild and the Almighty, and that the three sisters share a father, but had different mothers.

I've read at least that far in the manga, and I seem to remember that as well... but I couldn't quote chapter and verse on it, unlike above.
