Not bad. You've got the disdain for lesser minds down, but a true megalomaniacal rant has to end in all caps as you shout your evil plans to anyone willing to listen. It also helps to have the lackey echoing your sentiments with a nice, weasely "Yes, Master." every now and then, but that's not strictly necessary. I give it an 8.5 for expression, and a 7 for technical.
