[RFC] Weapons of Fenspace

In two parts:

Now that the Slapstick Effect has been removed from the Glossaries, where are we going to put it? Should I rework the Writer's notes for the Weapons wiki entry to include it? Sort of like a 'Weapons and the Wave' section? That way its recorded and we can have a note about the Effect slowly going away over time.

The Weapons entry would work as a stopgap. At some point we ought to consider pulling together all the scraps, personal theories an' whatnot & rebuilding the current Handwavium article as well.

Do we mean over time in general? Or over n generations of Wave/prototypes? I'd prefer the latter, that way new weapons tech that gets waved is subject to it for a time.

I'd go with over n generations of handwavium strain, with n being a sufficiently large number that allows the wave to continue being something of a pain in the ass until midcentury.
