On a structural note, if you don't have any good ideas on how to make this dude and his car into continuing characters, don't be afraid just to cap it here. This stands on its own as a nice little action piece illustrating the difficulties inherent in getting into Fenspace back inna day. Yeah, the narrator's largely a nonentity but the pace is fast enough that it doesn't feel like he needs to be more, y'dig?
