I actually quite like the idea of the 2009 launch and a job offer. That's a starting point I could make use of, rather than floundering in the
vast wastes like I currently am. I can think of several ways -- from a "Hello Stellvia, may I come aboard?" to a "who's the dumbass
floating towards my station?!?", and more -- to introduce the two of them, and I can flesh him out as a character. It's just that as things stand
I'm not at all sure what to do with him. He needs some direction.
(That's actually my biggest problem, usually. I'm more a producer than a director. I can make it happen, just tell me what "it" is.
)
So, anyway. If you're serious about that, I'll start considering scenarios.
