A.C. is still male enough to resist Ben's Tenchi Masaki Syndrome (especially because she'd do a background check and probably know it exists), and she has enough stubborn willpower to resist 'Heating Up' (something Kasumi calls her on with reasonable frequency).
However, it depends on when the request is made. If it's before April 13 2013, the you might have to worry about the Darkeyes side of her personality. If it's after then you're a bit safer, although the two of them may be a little confused about all the flirting she's doing to both of them in any case.
(Oh, and don't have Ben call her Washu. That'll make the gloves come off.)
