I am humbled... That is one sweet build.
I'm going to re-think my scrapper now.
A few points, if you move a rech IO from Practice Brawler to Hasten you dramatically reduce the downtime of Hasten while only loosing something like 4-6
seconds off the recharge of PB. Also, if you want to save yourself a mint and a half of change, I wouldn't really bother with the Zephyr knockback
protection... last time I checked, Purples were cheaper and you are well over the soft-cap without the set bonuses, and PB gives one of the best knockback
protection in the game.
Dang it! Back to the drawing board for me!
