OK, So i've done another revamp of the above build. However, I'm now running into new Cap issues regarding ToLG and one of the Imperviums as I'm
caping the 2.5 Recovery Bonus.
Also, I took Blaze based mainly on how I like to play Sil. Mainly running into a group, boosting twice and dropping both a FCS and Fireball into a mob to
soften them up. More of a play style/theme (Fire) thing than anything. Of course, I have yet to try it, so we'll see how it works out.
I'll redo the power order once I get the IOs/Sets figured out. Also, I did not slot flight and hover as they were least important to have more than one
slot in (Needing them for other powers)
