That's really quite impressive, I must say. It's got En beat in every area but one of the most important ones: Knockback protection. I'd
practically demmand you put the Karma KB protection into Hover, and if you wanted, put the steadfast KB protection in the place of the global defense. The
Steadfast global defense is likely 200+ merits, and the Apocalypse pieces will probably obscenely expensive, so you might want to make plans for what to put in
there in the meantime.
I'll have to dissect this build and see what I can do with it, but I do have some power suggestions offhand, coming from the mind of doing damage:
-Plasma Shield: This is your hold and sleep protection, you'll probably want this at 16.
-Breath of Fire: A really nice short-range cone, plus you can get some good sets out of it (It takes TAoE). You make up for it in the Fire Epic pool, but that
isn't until the 40s. Having no ranged powers can be a bit frustrating if you're exemping.
-Weave: I don't really see much use for weave, but I've never used it, so take it as you will. I'm not all to sure how much benefit 10-15% defense
would give you. You probably should be good with the Regen and healing flames, and it could open up a slot for Breath of Fire. With a little juggling, you
could have a range attack before 44. Playstyle choices mainly.
I'd have to give this a run in the alt-build of En's and see how it manages, but just looking at the numbers here it should be a good build,
regardless.
