Well this commenter http://arstechnica.com/te...ments=1#comment-21633859 over at arts appears to have a better idea on how to implement the scheme. The entire thing is a bad idea, for once 4chan gets hit with one of those blocks: no web site will be safe! The /b/tards, /d/ites & probably even the /k/ommandos would go on a Party Van webcrawl leaving trojan parcels of IP and Cheese Pizza pics to bring PROTECT IP/COICA seizures down on every such targeted site.
