only problem I have with that is the shoulders - the coat should be a little closer-fit, more biker-style.

The wings are just there - the wardrobe makes no provision for them. This isn't the character design problem you're looking for.

Aside from that, excellent. I'd have never thought about Lee Van Kleef, but he's spot-on.
