The primary limitation is one I set for myself, in that I use 2d backgrounds in a 3D medium. Inevitably perspective is going to go a little snakey and there
are often foreground and background issues - not to mention some issues with background scale. At some point I should assign some arbitrary height measures to
objects so that I can scale the background more precisely. (Oddly enough the rules governing point of perspective in art were codified much later than you
would think.) By using layers in my graphics package I can do some fore/background work. It is simple to do. It can be difficult to do well.
The ALPO story line should wrap up next issue; at which point I want to get back to working on some new models.
