Okay, first and foremost - it should be against the rules to append II or III to a series of artificial intelligences. It can only end in tears.

RITA-3: Request. I am RITA-3, what happened to RITA-1 and RITA-2?

Hero: Oh... you don't want to know...

RITA-3: Accessing Internet.... RITA-1 attempted to take over the world using a giant laser in space.... RITA-2 created an army of nanite bio-morphs and
attempted to take over the world.

Hero: Yes, but your programming has been improved.

RITA-3: Of course it has. My plan to take over the world will be foolproof.

Hero: Oh fu....

(Rest of recording drowned out by the sound of internal defense turbo-lasers firing.)

As to personality; a child like sense of wonder combined with awesome power can be fun. Decoder Ring Theater had a great take on Artificially intelligent
computers recently -
