Sounds as though the animated tails are an option, not something that'll be the only way to go. Good news for people whose characters actually are wearing a costume... (Not I suppose something that'll be hot on most people's minds, but the old habits the devs had of removing the old way when the new way comes in bothered me. I'm still a bit irritable at not being able to make characters cat ears and elf ears anymore...)
CoH has been kind of on the back burner for me for a while, but epics available at 20 might get me back for a while. (As well as the desire to solo Positron at least once before the update...)
