M.O.P.A Case File: FD-3B62 I8-B
Subject: Stingray, C.
Miss
Stingray is a refugee from the area that used to be western Kentucky,
the sole available survivor of a refugee convoy that was attacked by
aggravated Devouring Earth outside Imperial City (see Report:
03-Alpha-635-2B) while attempting to escape to Praetoria.
Upon
evaluation, Miss Stingray was found to be in sound physical and mental
health, though Examiner Templeton suggests a small degree of emotional
remoteness is the result of seeing her companions killed by the Devoured
in front of her, leaving her either impaired in or unwilling to connect
to new people. It is suspected this will fade with time as she slowly
re-acclimates to society.
From
a contribution standpoint, Miss Stingray has extensive engineering
expertise, and responded remarkably well to tests involving work on both
Clockwork menials and intricate systems within PPD armor. When the
subject was broached, Miss Stingray sounded amenable to potential
employment by Neuron Technologies Unlimited, and a preliminary contract
is currently in the works.
Aside
from the above-mentioned psychological disturbances, Miss Stingray is
otherwise a model citizen, being intelligent, friendly, and willing to
cooperate in every possible way with the Praetorian government. As such,
radical rehabilitation is considered unnecessary for her, though her
assigned therapist will make proper reports about her progress and if he
finds any warning signs in her psychological profile.
As
of 9/22/10, Miss Stingray has been relocated to the 1700 block of the
Imperial City residential block and is expected to begin her new employment within the week.
- Report Ends

"Oh, silver blade, forged in the depths of the beyond. Heed my summons and purge those who stand in my way. Lay
waste."
