The link you gave won't play in the United States, but I found another copy of the song. I like your idea, but I'd pair it with Emotion Control: Depression for what I would imagine would be potentially crippling cognitive dissonance.

Sadly, Doug can't become kaijuu-sized; V&V Size Increase tops out at 7 times his base height, or about 40 feet. And as for the Evangelion Step, I already have something planned in that regard. (And can I just say, that video brought back memories. I haven't thought about the "old" 42nd street since not long after it became Disney-in-the-Hudson.)
