Glad to oblige. I do need to get back to you in email about DW5, but we have no huge rush to do so. I'd like to release the first chapter in about a year, but we need to coordinate our schedules to make sure that would work.

The author is Earl MacRauch. The book was reprinted in 2001, fortunately. In case you didn't find it on Amazon.ca, it's on the main Amazon site at www.amazon.com/exec/obido...40-2163305
It's a great read, and one of the fun things is that it's written as if it's book 23 of a continuing series, constantly making references to previous volumes that you are presumed to have read already. It's got a unique style that I really want to be able to copy when I get to DW4....
