Keep in mind that specialized settings for extensions will still need to be done by Miraheze staff via Phabricator.
Changing this will NOT leave a public log, and if extensions conflict, they will failt to change to avoid wiki issues automatically.
Admins can't even load that page. "The action you have requested is limited to users in the group: Bureaucrats."
But that's okay.
