Sure, Doug can get somebody's contact information by using this song - but that person also knows that Doug has her contact information. The voices tell her.
But she really doesn't remember; it says so right in the song.... That is, she may suspect he's learned the info, but the first stanza suggests she's "headed for a breakdown," so she may pass the voices off as paranoia.
Speaking of which, I just realized that "I'll Play for You" targeting Abba's "The Visitors" at somebody will produce more than five-and-a-half minutes of intense nervous breakdown on the victim's part, because the refrain of "The Visitors" involves several repetitions of the statement, "I'm cracking up!"
