Snrk.  Really, because that timeline got erased, Mami never subjectively experienced that, and Bebe wouldn't remember doing it, either.  Homura, on the other hand, might actually laugh or just stare at her numbly.  She's the only one that remembers ALL of the time loops, plus the rebooted reality.

She might laugh, someday, but judging by her reaction to a similarly loaded phrase in Chapter Siebenundfünfzig of As N Approaches Infinity*, I think staring is more likely. ("Nagisa" is Bebe's original name; she's being chewed out for getting back into a battle she'd been ordered out of. Italics are in-story emphasis; boldface is emphasis added.)

Everyone gaped at Homura's flash-bang anger. “We had it under control! We had a plan! We are lucky your reappearance did not defeat it. This time. Next time may be different. Never do that again!”

“I'm s-sor-ry,” Nagisa sobbed.

“You--!”

Boom!

“Hey! Knock it off, Homura!” Sayaka finally snarled, slamming her hands on the table. “She gets it! You don't have to bite her head off!”

All of Homura's magic seemed to abruptly retract into her and leave a cold void in the room as her face went pale and haunted then horribly, utterly blank. Her eyes were wide and empty, unfocused though she was looking at Sayaka. Flat violet turned to Mami. And stared. And turned to Nagisa. And stared. And Mami. And stared. Like she was seeing ghosts in a nightmare.

Disturbed, Mami reached for her. “Miss Ake--”

Homura scrambled to her feet disjointedly and charged out of the room without a word.
