Actually... Jet might want to hand-over the second quirked suit to Arthur. He'll pay well for it, too. One reason the second suit may have glitched is if you did use the Wright Phone in it. Wright Phones are already waved (and, this is all legal, a bit of a test case), but, there are things people aren't told about them...
As to how Jet came to be wearing the first suit, maybe it got up and came to her when she would otherwise have died... Or, the second suit picked it up and brought it to her...
Are railguns covered under firearms laws in ROI? I thought they were more generally treated as air rifles. But, if you annoyed enough people then they might have claimed "high powered railgun equivalent to firearm", I guess.
If Jet doesn't object to Bea as a liason, she'd do things like run interference with the authorities, do groceries shopping, provide a voice modulator so you can sound more male over the phone, set-up a bio-feedback rig so you can try and get your strength a bit better under control. Bea would be intruiged by what Jet is now. She's pretty sure there are ways to deal with Jet's problems. Once Jet has her strength well enough under control, will she carry a passenger? [grin]
Bea would likely be the one who informed Jet the authorities were on their way.

Also... Would Jet be interested in coming in on a quiet, evening, private, handwavium handling course? Not essential, as long as you're only doing theoretical work for them, but, if you're building prototypes they need to be able to say that everyone has at least passed the basic safety course.
