Okay, okay - no big payday! ^_^ I can take a hint. And, admittedly *Dr. Evil voice* Forty BILLION Dollars *end voice* was kind of a Convenient Plot Device(tm). I blame it on being a green newbie and trying to hard to make a catch-all for any question of "how do they have that?" Though that does mean I need a new origin story for the SEELE Council characters. Hmmm...
