I haven't had the time to drop this into mids, this is just off the top of my head.
I don't see anything massively broken or missing from this build, but a few things to point out:
Unless you find yourself playing medic (and really, leave that to the PainDoms) you can get by with one slot in Mutation, stick the slot you get from this into
Lingering Radiation and put an Acc, or Rech in there. LR is the only one of the rad trifecta that does a to-hit check.
Enervating Field: why the recharge reductions? this is one of your toggles. Put 2 End-Red in there instead.
Cosmic Burst: swap one of the Stun IOs for Recharge, you can still double stack the stun, but you will be able to hit all that more often. And the damage
output is nothing to shrug at.
Aim: yes I would take it, but 5 slots? I would drop the 2 to-hit buffs from that and stick a 2nd slot in SJ, and another slot for damage in one of your
attacks.
EM pulse: you are not going to bottom the enemies endurance out, and the main squee! factor for this power isn't the -end, its the stun.
3 hold, 2 recharge, 1 Acc, or 3 hold, 3 recharge
Vengeance: I've never been a big fan of it, but I'm not going to tell you not to take it. What I do question is: is it worth 4 slots?
I would take two of those slots and put them in your main attack powers for more damage (X-Ray Beam, Electron Haze, or Neutron Bomb).
On the topic of your attack powers, I haven't played enough of my rad/rad corruptor to have definitive first hand experience, But I would think about
dropping the Defense Debuffs in Electron Haze and Neutron Bomb for more damage. your enemies should be debuffed enough from your toggles, and the small amount
of debuffing you get from those powers isn't worth the tradeoff in damage output.

Neutrino Bolt & X-Ray Beam: 3 or 4 slot Touch of Lady Grey (Debuff/Rech, Debuff/Rech/End, Rech/End, and possibly the proc)
Radian Aura: and two miracles work
Radiation Infection: 4 or 5 slot Dark Watchers Despair (everything but the proc)
Acc Metabolism: 4 slot performance Shifter
Lingering Radiation: 5 slot Tempered Readiness
Em Pulse: 4 slot Neuronic Shutdown
