Yeah, I caught this post about IST getting rebooted without aliens

I vaguely recall that that happened in that little supplement that dovetails it into Infinite Worlds. I don't actually approve of that, but no one asked me. (Well, they did, but practically at the last minute before its release, and I don't recall whether I actually even realized it then.)

Looking at my copy of GURPS Infinite Worlds: IST, the sentence "The parallel’s inhabitants have encounters with parallel worlds, aliens, gods, spirits, demons, and all manner of other visitors" seems to heavily imply that the IST world has in fact had contact with aliens.
