Not Bubblegum Crisis, but Sousei no Aquarion is the cross here. I've only now gotten around to going through some old backlog, and for some reason I'd put the show on backburner and never watched it. Upon recitifying that, I find it's an oddly compelling mixture of cheese, camp, and genre-specific cliches to satisfy. And I don't generally _like_ SuperRobot Shows.
