oh that looks good
"No can brain today. Want cheezeburger." From NGE: Nobody Dies, by Gregg Landsman http://www.fanfiction.net/s/5579457/1/NGE_Nobody_Dies
Ok. Looks pretty by-the-numbers remake. They're hitting all the classic lines, etc. Not bad. Doesn't look GREAT, mind you. But doesn't look bad.
Except there's just ONE little thing that stood out. They have a tank. On a transport plane. Tank is packaged for parachute drop. Transport plane gets attacked by fighters. Even the crazy pilot can't get them out of that, apparently they all pile into the tank at the last second. The plane blows up. The tank and it's pallet with the parachutes falls out of the wreckage, the parachutes are deployed. And as they are coming down, one of the guys gets on the Commander's Machine gun mount and starts blazing away at the jets! Ok. Utterly preposterous. Can't possibly happen. Wouldn't work at all like that in real life. DAMN if it ain't SKIPPY FUCKING COOL. THAT. IS. THE. A-TEAM.
Ooh! The guy who played Wikus in District 9 is playing MURDOCH!
If I hadn't seen it though, I wouldn't have thought Liam Neeson could do a George Peppard impersonation. He looks remarkably good as
"Hannibal" Smith. Ebony the Black Dragon http://ebony14.livejournal.com "Good night, and may the Good Lord take a Viking to you."
I must say, that looks campy and fun. A matinee if I ever saw one. And I probably will when it comes out ^_^
Hmmm, gonna have to break out the boys on Infinity again. Murdock could use some leveling.
this will probably be netflixed for me

Wow, nice production values on that.
