Unfortunately, while I tracked down where I found it, it was Spacebattles' 'funny pictures' thread and there's no info on the original source.

Maybe a reverse image search?

I went to the All The Tropes page for Truck-kun and discovered that on 17 February 2024, someone using the name Looney Toons linked in Web Originals to the artist's Deviant Art site.
