This is actually a video game trailer from what I can tell, but real time cel style graphics reached the "looks like actual anime" level a few years back now. Pity I was no good at anything but turn-based stuff unless it was Babby's First easy evenm when I could see the details to try.

The car they show for a second or so doesn't suck, at least. And the characters seem recognizable as their classic selves, so that's a solid foundation, at least.
