Am I the Only One Seeing This?

I just noticed that if I use Google Maps on a location in Tokyo (and maybe the rest of Japan, I haven't checked), the little yellow Streetview guy down in the corner is replaced by what appears to be a catgirl in a meido costume:

I'm using on Osaka and nothing like this happens. It's exclusively a Tokyo thing.

I just tried Streetview outside of Tokiwadai town hall. She shows up there, so it isn't just downtown Tokyo where we get her.

(What? Of course Tokiwadai is a real place. It's in Itabashi, and shares a border with Nerima.)

She doesn't show up in Yokohama, though.
