The Best Twist Villain No One Ever Talks About
I almost posted this one in Politics, for reasons that should be obvious once you watch the entire video.
It's a good explanation of how this particular memorable villain doesn't think that he's a villain.
EDIT: More from the same poster. Looks like there might be some good "mechanics of writing" stuff in this collection.
