I kind of suspect a lot of the visuals are AI generated, if only because the budget that woiuld be needed to film them normally seems like it would be prohibitively expensive for a holiday-themed comedy/genre parody recording between the size of the crowd scenes, amount of pyrotechnics, and prevalence of calm or dull surprise over more engaged expressions.
