		If he can tap into a sufficiently-large power source - a huge node or a Tether - I'd suspect We Built This City (on Rock and Roll) could rebuild everything in Doug's AoE.

		"We Built This City" already has a set purpose, in DW1.  "Weird Science" by Oingo Boingo isn't specifically about repairing things, but probably includes it in its purview of high-speed technomagical kitbashing.
