Or, at least, doesn't contradict canon with his speculation. (Which is easy, because there's no canon as to why Minako's personality changed in Sailor Moon R...)

It might be a crossover that must not be, but. In that colored picture of Sailor V standing on a rooftop.... is Minako holding a sonic screwdriver or a henshin wand or both? Tongue

I think it's her henshin wand... but "Minako Aino, Sailor Gallifrey" would explain everything that Minako as Alice doesn't.
