Why is this a "yay!"? It seems that the Russian government has been seizing the computers of NGOs that oppose it on the pretext that they're running pirated Microsoft software. Microsoft just torpedoed that particular excuse to crack down on dissent.

(One roadblock to true democracy removed, far too many to go...)
