Welcome to the rest of the forums, Terrence!  (^_^)
As for that video... holy crap.  These Canucks have earned their place as honorary Texas Carnivores.  They'll be welcome at any Texas barbecue as long as they can handle the high heat and humidity.

I call fail glaze for their Dr Pepper glaze, that stuff's vile.

Gee, are you sure you've'd used enough bacon? And is that a yarmulka I spotted on the carver/cook, is he even aloud to be near that much non-kosher food?

As for Heart Attack Grill those look like pretty normal burgers to me, for these http://www.hogsbreath.com.au/ are in that size range, also if you Yanks know anyone missing a licence plate it just might be up on a wall in on of their branches.

I've seen a lot of people use Dr. Pepper glaze. It's apparently pretty good.

Dr. Pepper Glaze = Plum Glaze. It's carbonated Prune Juice.

It's actually not. But it certainly tastes like it. However, if Mirumoto can make natto palatable with a can of Coke, I'm sure that Dr. Pepper makes a halfway decent caramel glaze.
