Happy Thursday, everyone.

I always liked Thursday's, for some reason.

For you in the United States, today is a day that you will remember all year, as the day that the turkey was carved at the table.

For me, it was Thursday.

But happy turkey-day, anyway!

And lo, the Americans did look upon the turkey, and their mouths did overflow at the sight.
And it came to pass that the turkey was served, white meat to its fans, and dark meat to its fans.  The plates overflowed with gravy and stuffing and cranberry, each according to the tastes of the participants.
And the Americans ate upon the food, and tasted that it was good.
Happy Thanksgiving to you all.

DS, we do! It's called Christmas Day, on which much consumption of turkey and other white meats occurs. Well it does in my family to the point where it carries over to Boxing Day and sometimes goes on till New Years.

Then I go an buck the trend by having turkey when ever the heck I want in a dagwood sandvich along with chicken and roast beef.

Thanksgiving in Florida is a fine thing. No leaves changing color, no cold, no rain. Just sun, turkey, long walks on a beach, and a lazy swim in the pool.

Hoping you're all having as much fun as I am.
