Hm.. Playing Portal on the PS3 is tracked on PC Steam. Interesting. Don't know how to get that ID, so I can't give you mine, sorry...

Edit: Okay,On Steam, name of 'drogan_niteflier' (Real original, that.) and I think the page is http://steamcommunity.com/id/niteflier

Might not be on all that often due to school, currently, but I'd love to try out the co-op with someone.

Just finished playing through the co-op mode on the xbox 360 version. It was quite fun (if rather frustrating once or twice.) Going to try out the single player mode tomorrow of this weekend.

The were 5 'areas', each with around 6-8 stages. Some of them, especially later on, are two parters. That is, you finish one puzzle room, and then there's another puzzle room before it goes to a loading screen for the next stage. It took my brother and I about maybe 7 hours or so to get through the entire co-op mode, with a break for dinner. I didn't time it though, so that might not be quite accurate, and there were two or three puzzle rooms we got stuck on for a while.

Sounds like fun. Maybe by the time silentjack works through Portal a few times we'll have Portal 2 and we can run that sucker together.

I can testify that co-op is a lot fun. I played it a little bit with my roommate on his XBox360. It was made even more fun because we kept "accidentally" killing one another. The whole experience was reminiscent of a session of Paranoia.

I beat the single player, took me about 7 or 8 hours and it was some of the most ridiculous fun I've had in a video game. I mean, you use

HAH! That's my Mom's birthday! I'll go ahead and snag her a copy - as she would say, "Whoa! This game is my speed!" (She means that literally - it's not a very fast-paced game.)

A friend of mine is taking the education class that is developing that curriculum (she works for a company that designs teaching programs). She was overjoyed with the idea of her homework being to play Portal 2.

Uhm... okay... so how do I get a free copy of portal from this site? Don't tell me that it's already too late because of time zone BS...
EDIT: Shouldn't be - they're headquartered in Bellevue, Washington.
