Sometimes I want to punt the guy who writes headlines for The Register.  For a http://www.theregister.co.uk/2013/09/11 ... dof_space/]story posted today:
Quote:Sir Bob Geldof to be the first Irishman IN SPAAAAACE:  Tell me why I don't like Moon days
If you don't know why I'm groaning, well, musician Bob Geldof fronted the Boomtown Rats long long ago, and one of their signature hits was a song called http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I_Don't_Like_Mondays]"I Don't Like Mondays", which has the repeated line "tell me why I don't like Mondays".

In addition to fronting the Boomtown Rats, he was Pink in "The Wall" (the movie of the Pink Floyd album of the same name) and helped found Live Aid. Not a bad resume.

Quote:Sir Bob Geldof has dubbed himself the "first rock astronaut" after confirming that he'll be on a trip to space in 2015 with the Space Expedition Corporation.
Does that make Chris Hadfield the zeroth rock astronaut?
