I agree, Bob. There is enough evil and avarice in this world, so someone who adds mercy and charity to the lives of others deserves to be praised.
As for the woman who took advantage of a blind man, I hope her petty greed is exposed for the world to despise.

If she had no compunctions about stealing $20 in front of witnesses and then bald-faced lying about it to those witnesses, then she won't be shamed simply by being identified as "a woman". Given that kind of personality, she may get off on the infamy and her anonymity. Her name and face would need to be broadcast to all and sundry before she'll feel in the least punished.

(And given the type of personality she probably has, it'd be a fair bet that she'd threaten lawsuits over being publicly identified.)
