There is a http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toynbee_tiles]Toynbee Tile embedded in the road right in front of the State House.  I first noticed it a week or so ago, but today I finally had the opportunity to take a picture of it:

Considering other Toynbee Tiles, I suspect it's a partial tile. Lower-case letters in the second line are conjecture:

"Jupiter" is a bit more readable in person; for some reason the photo is harder to see. The tile is worn and obviously one end is entirely gone, but I'm pretty confident Rob has it exactly (except for a close quote on "2001").
