Ooh, yeah, it's completely invisible in the full editor.
The solution to that, Dartz, is to select the text and click the "Remove Formatting" button. If you used the "Font Color" button and selected the white in the upper left corner, that's not "no color"; instead you'll have applied an explicit coding to override the default styling and make the font always white, regardless of the theme selected.
