[OOC][Brainstorming] Intelligent Devices for non-"Lyrical Nanoha" mages

The idea is for Mimi to get a selection of what D&D calls "cantrips" - minor spells of minor utility - but enough of them so that she can figure out how they work and make her own spells on the same principles.

And, according to the what the Sailor Moon wikia says about the supplementary works, Mimi really liked using magic, and she was working in a research environment. I could see her knowing the principles behind Witches magic, even if using it would remind her of being Mimete.
