From Ottawa, Rob would be a semi-regular (not a big drinker), as would Mamoru (dealing with culture shock, but he has Usagi to help him there).
Jacky and Kate might find the Place, too. They have the same problem that Tom Hauptman does: everything almost looks familiar, but so many little things are strange... and they can't go home again because they are home. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if Tom and Kate struck up a friendship over shared experiences that didn't happen at the same time or place.
As for Rainy Day Women #12 & 35, Rob would be shouting the line just as loudly as everybody else. (If Rob knows it's coming, he'll double-check with Eddie, Jake, and Ben, then invite Jemi along to play tenor sax. Don't ask me what Dylan sounds like on sax, but Callahan's is the place to find out.)
