I think I've made my breakthrough on the sempais scene. At least, I've finally gotten to a point I've wanted to reach for some weeks. The scene's not done yet, but I'm closer than I've been before.

Oh, go ahead, cheer already. The scene continues to be written, albeit slowly as I revise and refine stuff that came out almost-but-not-quite-right the first time.
I do think you'll all be amused by Doug's first impression of Tamiya. And his second.
