Yeah, this is absolutely a Bond theme.

But is No Time to Die (Bond movie #25, due 2021) really looking so bad that "all hope has died?" I mean, Billie Elish's song doesn't have the Bond sound while I can almost hear Shirley Bassey sing this, but still.
