Login to the wiki
Under "Administration" in the left-hand column, select "Manage this wiki's permissions"
Select group * and tap Submit
On the "Assigned Permissions" tab, uncheck "createaccount"
On the Submit tab, give an edit reason (required here) and tap "Submit"
